Happy freaking Friday girlies! You know I've got you covered with your weekly reality tv scoop! So whether you missed it, skipped it or just want to dish it- grab a seat, a snack and a drink because its about to get REAL (allegedly).
The week started off Monday night with another episode of Basketball Wives LA. And although the media often critiques the shows title noting the fact that hardly any of the cast members are actually wives, I've got the real TEA honey! (Well honey another one bites the dust! Gloria tied the knot with hubby Matt Barnes last week and we'll dedicate a post to their nuptials later today!) Anywho... This weeks episode featured the newest cast member Brooke (and also NOT a wife) hanging out with her ball player beau. They had dinner and convo and quite frankly I grew a bit bored with her character! She is definitely a joy to look at but listening to her speak almost makes me cringe! We also got a spill of Draya sampling some of Her swimsuit line to to the girls and reintroducing the concept of the crazy estranged Jackie. But drama erupted when Jackie took it upon herself to steal Draya's spotlight and infiltrate a reunion plan of her own with the girls! Malaysia got down right mosey budding her nose into the drama of her unknown friend and Miss Brooke and the rest of the episode was a plain old bore fest!
Later that night Vh1 gave us fab in the form of family with mister trouble man himself and His wifey on A Family Hustle. T.I had to travel to the Windy City in hopes of promoting his new single. And when wife Tiny trotted along, so did her glamorously ghetto hairstylist Shekinah! Shekinah spent most of the trip traveling the city in a failing attempt to meet Oprah Winfree! I personally love the show as it shows a different side of Reality TV and is very family focused! However, I think Vh1 needs to find another block to fill with this gem. Especially since immediately following the family Man's block was a show featuring two reality tv personalities we are all familiar with! Chrissy and Mr.. Jones! Their premier episode spotlighted the two of them having a few days to move out of their large home with no where to go and nothing packed. Jim proposes that they go and stay with Mama Jones, which we all know was a No Go for Chrissy! Also captured on the episode was the glamorously gorgeous Emily who chatted business ops and wedding plans with BFF Chrissy! In a nut shell, Jim seemed distant, Chrissy seemed stressed but her hair was Gorg!!!!
Oxygen bought us nothing as BCG went on another one of their two week hiatus!
Midweek R&B Divas was on to annoy the hell out of us and contradict the very being of all that is glam! I swear with the cash those divas have you would think they would hire stylists! In any event, Faith organized a cutesy at home event for the ladies and of course drama was on the invite list! Nicci being the pain in the rear that she is, throws a whole tantrum over whether or not its inappropriate to have girl talk over booze! I couldn't have been the only one annoyed! Later Keke seeks some much needed counseling (with hubby of course)!
Vince and Tamar give us Glam every week! And this week was no different! Tamar's #getyolife song- FAB!!!!
Though not on the tube this week, you may be delighted to know that reality tv faves Kim and Khloe Kardashian are BOTH said to be preggers!!! At least according the OK weekly! This hasn't been confirmed but I'll have the full story scoop on that Glam troop this weekend!
